I presented my case by myself, and had all legal documentation or precedent cited for all three heads of Kaiser's largest departments: Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Cardiology (headed by Dr. Maria Ansari). Ansari is now the CEO of all Kaisers in America. The case concluded with a "NO" verdict. I always expect the absolute worst from all humans, so I simply stated, "I thank you all for coming, and I will sue you all to death in court." Dr. Ansari: "That is your right." Before the meeting was adjourned, I had to ask them, "Why is this such a racist regime? I looked throughout Kaiser's website, and there is not one single doctor that looks like me, Black." Dr. Ansari and the other doctors looked at each other (dumbfounded) for three minutes, then said, "Well, um, it's an expensive city." This was the dumbest answer on earth, and they knew it. Daniel Woody (just a security boy at that time) was fuming mad that I asked the question, but the Black security guard was bent over, and laughing with his face in his hands. They hired two Black female doctors, but he wouldn't let me have them (part of his 10-year vendetta against me). He even stated on the telephone, "If you want a Black male doctor, you would have to travel outside of San Francisco." Can someone say, Racism? Aye, I strongly believe that Daniel Woody is the orchestrator of the plot to kill me. He sent Dr. Death (Eric Pych Kurien) to be my new doctor. I have her after-visit notes, which outline her "Conspiracy to Commit Murder Plot" in detail. Dr. Kurien sent me to the Emergency Department (after 8 years of not needing it) by giving me Valium, Librium, Clonazepam, and others in high dosages. If those didn't kill me, she had planned to drop the dosages of all of my medications and, after my death, impugn my character by labeling me a common street-corner drug addict. I was blessed to have escaped Kaiser with my life. Kurien even approved the use of fentanyl (the extremely deadly drug) without my knowledge or consent. The Shadow World is complicit in Kaiser's murder plot, for I've reported these incidents to: The Department of Justice FBI (twice) Office of Inspector General The District Attorney (twice) SFPD (three times) The Mayor of San Francisco The City Attorney's Office California Medical Board Board of Osteopathic Medicine Health & Human Services (D.C.) The State Bar Association and others. NO LAWYER in San Francisco will touch my case. A few had agreed to do so (including Legal Titan John Burris), but the next day: "Sorry, we can't take the case."
